I consulted with Carly when I was experiencing pregnancy related nutrition issues that were continuing into my second trimester, and severely impacting my energy levels and appetite. I went from falling asleep during the day from fatigue and waking up in the night starving to sleeping soundly through the night and getting the nutrition I need for growing baby. I am now feeling so much better and my weight gains are on point. Her advice helped me to reach my protein goal and fluid needs, and her recommendations for morning sickness were also a wonder. If you are struggling with your pregnancy or just need to be sure you are gaining a healthy weight/supporting your baby you definitely will be in good hands. I plan to breast feed and will definitely consult with Carly when baby arrives as she is not only an RDN but a lactation consultant as well.
