I have been lucky enough to know Carla for almost 7 years. First as my colleague, then my manager and then my pseudo manager / therapist without her necessarily realizing it. Carla has an incredibly unique ability to listen, process what it being said, see beneath the words and ask questions that allow you to work through issues and seemingly unsolvable challenges. Carla helped me navigate some very difficult times during the pandemic, providing a space for me to process, share and move forward. Her corporate background gives her a different perspective that I think many people can benefit from.
