I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Grotsky. She's one of the kindness, nicest, professional providers I've ever encountered. She is my dad's audiologist. My dad is almost 91 yrs old. How she treats my dad and listens, trying to understand and to find something that will work with my aging dad is amazing. She treats my dad (and myself) so well and is very encouraging. She willingly provides alternatives that can help my dad, which was to make a custom piece to go inside the ear canal, that will help my dad better. She has great listening and comprehension ability. More than half the time I speak to my dad in Cantonese rather than English and Dr. Grotsky even learned and remembered 1 word I taught her. She is amazing and I wished all doctors were as caring and competent as her. God bless her. She is so respectful and professional, too.
