I was referred to Dr. Harkness by a corneal specialist at OHSU. The issue was dry eyes, likely due to an underlying condition, and a need for corrective lenses. Dr. Harkness was friendly and had a good sense of humor. I was concerned at first as she looks quite young and I wondered what kind of experience she could have acquired thus far. However, her knowledge and communication were both impressive. She wasted no time in addressing my concerns and finding a treatment we both found acceptable.
