I have been seeing Brittany for several months. And as someone who has seen many therapists throughout my life, I can easily say she has been the best I've ever worked with in helping me. I have taken medication for years for severe anxiety and depression, and she has given me tools to fight back against my negative thoughts to where I actually experience joy again. I feel like she really understands me and let's me vent, but also knows when to push me to talk about things that I've swept und
