Dr Whitney is the best optometrist in Southern Utah and probably in the entire Southwest United States. He has decades of experience, but has also kept up with advances in technology and the field of Ophthalmology. What sets him apart above and beyond others in his field is his knowledge, friendliness and his ability to communicate with his patients. Cedar City and Southern Utah is very fortunate to have someone of his caliber in our community.
