I cycle thousands of miles every year along with competing in Triathlons and multiple races, and with that I've developed tight back muscles and occasional back pain. Dr. DeCou does far more than adjustments, which feel amazing, but he also uses these tools that help to rub out the tightness in muscles that were pulling my back out of alignment. On top of that, he gave me exercises to use at home which have helped with these problem areas. He's helped me stay flexible and improve my performance!
