He was very nice and personable. He cared about my fears and not only talked me through them but also WAITED for me to be comfortable. He explained how the joints are all connected to organs and nerves and how to relieve my pain. He stretched me before cracking anything. He also started me off with several minutes on a rolling massage bed and ended the experience with a tens unit treatment. I tell everyone I know about him even if their backs don’t hurt.
