I am just so happy with Bair Gelbond. I lost my previous therapist to an illness and was in dire need of some help. I’ve been seeing him now for two years which is long enough to really know him. I feel like Blair really cares about me and puts a lot of effort into helping me. He listens carefully, takes notes and can gently bring me back to things we’ve been working on but not yet resolved. He has creative ideas including suggestions for relevant books and other resources. He is also very kind and supportive. With his knowledge of eastern philosophy, meditation and keen insight, Blair has helped guide me through many crises and onto new spiritual growth. I am grateful to have him as a key part of my support system and can highly recommend him as a therapist.
