In a mere 3 1/2 weeks, I went from being unable to walk up stairs without intense knee pain to running my first half-marathon. Binh Tran assessed my issues, provided hands-on adjustments to problem muscles, suggested exercises I do at home, and gave me very detailed instructions on changing my stride while walking and running. IT WORKED. I ran 13.1 miles pain-free and feel fantastic.
