First of all Dr. Rose is an awesome doctor! I don't think I can say enough good things about her. I am not a person who likes to write reviews but Dr. Rose deserves recognition. She is top notch in every way a doctor can be. For the last few years, I have been taking my father who is 89 years old to various doctors in the Richmond area. He is completely deaf without hearing aids. Because of his age, I found that most people he saw for hearing aids, testing, etc. did not really give him much time. They typically spoke to me and didn't try to communicate with him. Then we were lucky enough to find Dr. Rose. During his first appointment, she made him feel very welcome. She did a thorough hearing exam. Then she spent time with him to make him feel comfortable and to help him understand the hearing test results. She never made him feel rushed. I highly recommend Dr. Bethany Rose for her knowledge, expertise and caring manner.
