If you are willing to do the work, she will help you take steps toward the goals you want to attain for personal growth. She introduced me to the Boundaries series, that dramatically improved my life. She has helped me be a better parent friend and spouse. I couldn't ask for better. I have been in some type of therapy for over 30 years, and have seen many professionals, and she is hands down the best I have ever had.
