Ashley Kim is part of my weight loss program. During our meeting she wanted to know my eating habits, the food I like and my activity level. As I spoke about certain foods Ashley would give me information about their benefits. She showed me why certain foods should be eaten last and the benefits it provided. She is very knowledgeable and informative, and she gave me information that helps me with my daily routine. Whenever I went on diets the first thing, I received was a list of foods not to eat which included some fresh fruits and veggies. With Ashley she prefers all fresh fruits and veggies to process food even if the process foods lower in calories. I do not feel restricted or guilty if I make a mistake or give myself a treat. She is very easy to talk with and I look forward to our next meeting.
