At the time of this review, I've been seeing Annelise for over 3 years. She has been one of the most instrumental pieces of my growth... In general, Annelise is compassionate, patient and a phenomenal listener (she remembers unexpected things), and knows how to distill a lot of information and feelings into actionable suggestions (not just, "and how does that make you feel?"). Be ready to be understood and also do some hard (but very doable based upon where you are) work.
