Anna and her MA were wonderful! They ran on time and were very informative on the subject of my visit and explained all possible diagnoses and outcomes of the tests being preformed. The MA also did very well at explained the procedure to me and really making me feel more at ease. She also gave me some personal examples from her own experiences of the same procedure I was having done to explain to me how the procedure would feel and what to expect afterwards. I really appreciated this. I didn't feel like she was just telling what I wanted to hear to keep me calm but had actually gone through it herself and gave me a better insight of what to expect. Both Anna and her staff were very educated and competent and made me feel so comfortable. I will absolutely recommended these two to my friends and family!
