Dr. Anna McCarthy is nothing short of a blessing. It's uncommon to meet an individual who operates with such a combination of professionalism, wisdom, knowledge, warm-heartedness, and intelligence. She's been helping me through a period of grief that's been difficult for me to walk through. I'd certainly not have managed as well without her. I've seen 7 or 8 therapists throughout my life and she's the only one I haven't dreaded the appointments for. In fact, I look forward to them and, dare I say, even enjoy them. Post traumatic growth is possible if you have a experienced and willing guide like Anna.
