Ann helped me in ways she couldn't have imagined. I totally turned my life around with her support and recommendations on how to deal with daily life issues. It's been almost 9 years since I left my weekly therapy session s and I can safely say that I will never suffer from the level of depression or self-harming thoughts that plagued me the 1st 28 years of my life.
