If you are searching for compassionate, empathetic, and enlightened counsel, Angela Bisignano is the perfect counselor! She is wise beyond her years, gentle in her approach, and yet sound and certain when she offers advice or encouragement. I could not recommend a more loving, warm, intelligent and kind psychologist!
