Andy helped me through a very difficult struggle with anxiety in my life during the pandemic. He was the first therapist I'd ever seen. I didn't know what to expect, but he was very reassuring, got to the core of the issues I was going through, and helped me process them better than I thought possible. He is very patient, caring, attentive, and a great person to talk with. I will be forever grateful for his help and support, and highly recommend him!
