I've experienced improved mobility, range of motion and overall functioning since treating with Dr. Mackie past few years. I spend less time in the horizontal position / managing severe pain. So, overall improvement has been life changing and I know I'm on the right path to reaching my health goals. I recommend you schedule a treatment, rest up and hydrate before and after. Show up and give Dr. M. a 1 min. explaination of 3 most pressing issues, lay on the treatment table and relax as much as you can, and breath. Dr. M. is highly intuitive so he'll know exactly where to start and where to find your skeleton's misalignments even without telling him anything. He doesn't over adjust, just goes straight to the spots needing relief of pressure for better circulation and healing. I highly recommend regular chiropractor follow ups for people suffering pain and lack of mobility, and overall health improvement. Also, check into Dr. Mackie's hyperbaric oxygen therapy chamber treatment.
