Amy is a warm, welcoming, and affirming provider. I have made so much progress with her over year and a half timeframe as a patient with a few marginalized identities (queer, disabled, poly, woman). Her multi-modal approach, especially with Emotionally Focused Therapy, helped me work through current difficulties such as divorce, job loss, unemployment, moving, new relationships, as well as past traumas that are impacting current mental health. Amy has significantly helped me improve my quality of life. I’m so grateful for her support and highly recommend her to anyone, especially LGBTQIA folks looking for a therapist!
