Alison was my first Audiologist when I began to need hearing aids. This was many years ago. She has been there for me ever since, not only with her expertise, but with an amazing amount of compassion and emotional support as I slowly lost my hearing over time. I now have a cochlear implant, without Alison's encouragement and support I may not have had the courage. The implant changed my life, and Alison continues to be there for me. Her support has meant the world to me, and always will.
