Bess Green is one of the best therapist I've ever been to. She is kind, welcoming, relaxed, and accepting of human-ness, like she gets that you're human and you make mistakes. She is also very intelligent, straight-forward, she can challenge you when you need it. When I saw her, we worked on ... somatic something-or-other, like where in my body I was feeling my emotions. That was hugely helpful as I did not have any awareness in this area. She is flexible with scheduling as well. She's an art therapist as well, but we did mostly talk therapy. She's flippin' great, I highly recommend her.
