All the staff without exception were very courteous and professional. The hearing tests were very thorough and also they gave me a cognitive test which I failed but Dr Danesh was concerned about my results and asked me to take it again without any cost to me which I did and passed it. Since I have a mild hearing loss he told to consider in the near future getting an hearing aid but at no time did he pressured me or anything like that to get a hearing aid now.
