Ms. Colony is kind understanding and patient. Working with my father who is Alzheimer diagnosed, Ali engaged his attention and trust. Specifically, getting the equipment Dad needed and assuring the function and comfort required for long term use. Being able to hear helped us understand that Dad was having larger issues than just saying 'what' after everything said to him. Ali Colony helped my Dad hear accurately, and that helped my Dad's over all health. She is valuable to helping families.
