I moved away for about a year and Alexis took me back when I couldn’t find any doctor taking new patients! I called the office in Averill Park and they said none of the doctors were taking new pts….so since I was a returning patient I called and left Alexis a message. I’m so glad she agreed to have me back! Listen, not everyone is happy all the time with a care giver but I have never been unhappy with Alexis. She listens to my concerns, she respect that I know my body and she allows my opinions and suggestions to be heard. I wouldn’t want another doc! I haven’t had any issues with the office staff but I’m not rude and I don’t come off having a bad attitude! She would never kick out a pt for getting a 2nd opinion as was stated by a frustrated patient. I wish the office was in a better locale but it is what it is. I’m not going to see her for the office atmosphere!
