I was nervous about going to a therapist, but Aleta immediately helped me feel at ease to have a personal conversation. Her experience shows in how quickly she understands you and how well she listens and responds to you. She helped me with anxiety and depression but at the same time improved my self esteem and outlook about the future. She is not distracted but focused on the feelings or thoughts that you are expressing even when you cannot find the exact words to describe them. I think she understands family issues easily. She cares about finding solutions with you and making progress each session. I leave her office feeling more confident and hopeful about the future and relieved to be understood by someone!
