Albany Williams is very thorough in both the hearing tests and your results. She takes her time and explains everything and answers any questions you may have. When fitting your hearing aids, she goes over everything to make sure that you are comfortable with them and all the hearing aid functions. She also shows you what you need to know about the hearing aids with regards to cleaning them, charging them and keeping them in good working order. As well as setting up the app on your phone (if you choose to use that) making sure you know how to use the app. The warranty is great on the hearing aids and you will not have any concerns. You can bring in your hearing aids and they will adjust them (if needed), repair them (if needed) or as it would be would most people, all that is needed is simply a question asked or a quick fix. There is no charge for the service and you are comfortable knowing you they will be there for you. The staff is wonderful, helpful and friendly.
