After getting an MRI and being told I had a broken tibial plateau, my family doctor told me to see my orthopedic surgeon to be sure. I called the practice and was told my surgeon was in surgeries for days. They scheduled an appointment with Amy for the same day. Prior to my arrival, she had consulted with another surgeon and reviewed my MRI. I was so relieved to find out the MRI was misread and I didn’t have the broken tibial plateau, since I have 3 trips coming up. Amy was so helpful and took her time explaining what was wrong with my knee. She was very kind and very professional.
