At first, I was so resistant to letting go of my eating disorder; she was patient with me, met me where I was, set attainable goals that allowed me to move at my own pace, listened deeply, and always left me with a new perspective. Through working with Aimee, I slowly but surely got to a point where I felt I could start to let go of my eating disorder. I would not be where I am today without her help and the support of The Emily Program.
