I didn't realize that I mistook familiar with feeling safe. Working with Ted taught me what feeling safe really feels like. With Ted facilitating a room, I know I'm safe enough to go to places that are tough emotionally. I've been fortunate to grow and learn a great deal and could never have done that had I not been able to trust and feel safe. I'm a single mom who comes from a lot of trauma and abandonment. With Ted's support I am breaking my family cycle and couldn't be more proud of myself.
