I was truly blessed to stumble upon Ms Ellis-Asbury. She has really helped me work through some difficult life challenges. She has helped me create healthy boundaries and balance and not feel guilty about the need to take care of myself too. Even though I worked through the “crisis” that led me to seek therapy, I have found that continuing to go once per month is great maintenance care to help me process other challenges and stay true to continuing the positive habits I started while in therapy. She is caring and professional and I highly recommend her.
