The visit with Jillian was fine. She acted in a professional manner, answered all my questions and was pleasant and friendly. The only issue I had was I was disappointed that I couldn’t get a followup appointment for five weeks for some correction needed to my hearing aids. Though this issue of audiologists availability is not new, it seems to be getting worse.
