The NICU isn't somewhere anybody wants to find themselves. However, Dr. Chao consistently provided compassionate care for our daughter, while taking the time to connect with us as parents and keeping us informed. He has a very special way of cutting through the worry and speaking to the hearts of parents. We are so thankful for his excellent care and the encouragement he gave us during our daughter's NICU stay.
