Her proactive approach included ordering repeat testing and consulting relevant specialties to optimize immediate treatment.Dr. Grossi's dedication was evident when she personally tracked us down after a procedure, ensuring she communicated with us before she left for the day. This level of commitment and personalized care was both reassuring and uncommon.
