This was my first visit to this facility. My appointment was at 10:30 AM and I arrived at 9:50 AM. Granted I was a new patient and had to complete my paperwork and have a fiIe created for a new patient. But the length of time to verify my insurance and demanding that I give my full Social Security Number shouldn't take so long. She threatened that if I don't give my full SSN I would be paying out of pocket. I told her no I would not because I have 2 great insurances. I finally gave her my full SSN but I still don't agree with her having my full SSN. I don't know if this is company or not BUT I don't feel that it is right to demand a patient give a full SSN to see the doctor. The two receptionists were very unprofessional. I did not see the doctor until 11:20 AM. Dr. Sellers is the ONLY reason I am returning for another visit in 4 months. Dr Sellers made the rest of my visit very comfortable and I told her so. I am going to continue being a patient with her.
