Dr. Mixa is a good doctor, but! you need to ask questions and follow instructions. After my knee surgery in 2022. I am active and cycle. You don't do cycling until @ least 2-3 months to be on the safe side. because I asked if I could run or cycle he said you can try but don't recommend it. I consider him a good Doc and very down to earth. I love the ladies @ front desk. They kinda treat you like family.
