I developed an infection on a holiday weekend; I called my dentist of 20 yrs, explained symptoms, & requested he call in a prescription for antibiotics, leaving my info & the # for a 24 hr pharmacy. I didn’t get a call & verified a prescription had not been called in the following morning; my usual dentist must have taken a well deserved break. I had to find a dentist much closer to home to help. I went online & found Dr Raia of Family Dental &called his office. His friendly, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, caring & competent staff got me in 1 hr later. After new patient paperwork, full disclosure of policies & fees, I was taken to a state of the art dental station, examined, given a clear & thorough explanation of the cause, effect, treatment options & preventative maintenance info for future. My case was treated quickly and kindly. If I’d known of him sooner I’d have been his patient when I relocated 15 yrs ago! I can’t say enough good things about him, his facility & staff!
