I'm diabetic and occasionally callouses flare up and make walking uncomfortable. Like today. I called and was able to schedule and appointed later in the day. Yep. Same day. They soak the feet and soften the skin. And he removes the callous. Everything about it is about comfort and professionalism. I wish visits to all doctors were this easy.
