I have worked with Dr. Ling for decades. She has never let me down. If she doesn't know an answer she searches or refers to a specialist. She is an excellent communicator, highly intelligent, and is meticulous in her attention to detail. Her wonderful team at Anchor Point is resourceful and supportive. They tell you what is happening and why. They communicate with you via patient portal if Dr. Ling is not in. They sent me paper forms when the yes or no questions on the health questionnaire did not allow nuanced responses. Always conscientious her notes and after visit summaries are straightforward and thorough. I don't know where she gets the energy. For the good of her patients I hope she is treated exceptionally well by management so that she stays where she is for many, many more years.
