Yes, he is amazing. I was with my father in a very difficult time (COVID restrictions April 2021, and time to make critical decisions for my dad’s will and next-steps long-term care plans). He is an active listener and clear educator. We felt he was completely available for any questions, even as a busy hospital doctor. He never seemed rushed. At one point I became emotional and he sat with me until I caught my breath. He considered everyone’s needs thoroughly, and followed up the next day. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Arshad. When I complimented the staff during discharge, I specifically mentioned him— they finished my sentences. They all regard him highly. I wish I could do more to thank him.
