The best psychiatrist I ever met. He treated my mother very successfully. Very humane, knowledgeable, outstanding patient doctor communication and interpersonal skill.Very empathetic and upmost assertive in the achievements of patients positive progress. Never abused medications in the treatment with his patients obtaining amazing patients full recovery. We need armies of Dr. Pedro Melchor to heal a population with so many mental and emotional conditions. I thank God for Dr. Pedro Melchor, Psychiatry.
