Dr. Oksana Shlobin is not only an extraordinarily talented specialist in Pulmonary Hypertension but a wonderful, kind and caring doctor who puts her patients first! She is meticulous in reviewing patient records and clearly communicates everything so that the patient can understand complex concepts quickly. Whoever is in need of Dr. Shlobin's expertise should consider himself or herself lucky to be under her care.
