There really is no better way to say this - Dr. Shaikh saved my life. I really agonized going back to therapy after a handful of negative experiences I had but Dr. Shaikh was everything I could've asked for and needed in a psychiatrist. She listened to my problems, recommended realistic solutions, eased my concerns, and really improved the quality of my life. I would genuinely look forward to my appointments with her, she listened like a friend and was always patient and empathetic. She was able to recommend medications that really worked for me and took into account many different things when making these recommendations. I offer her and her staff the highest praise. It is because of her that I was able to get through some of the hardest times in my life.
