Dr. Parra is hands down is the best gynecologist. I had 2 very rough pregnancies with a lot of complications. He was able to get my babies to full term both times and deliver 2 perfect children. He was above and beyond on monitoring and protecting both myself and my fetus. I could not say enough great things about him.
