During the latter part of 2016, my daughter, who suffered from liver failure, was admitted to Mark Twain Dignity Health and misdiagnosed with pancreatitis. Dr. Michnowska spent time talking with us and checking test results to discovered Denise had spontaneous bacterial peritonitis. I was also admitted to MTDH earlier that year with a kidney infection that was septic. Dr. Michnowska played a big part in my recovery. I am forever grateful to the ICU nurses and Dr. Michnowska for their care.
