Dr. Soler at Kaiser Permanente Bakersfield listened, showed tremendous kindness and was prompt and proactive with her care. Excellent doctor! Her medical assistant, Yanet Gomez-Guzman was equally as kind, warm, and genuine and created a safe space for a nerve wracking situation. Both of them delivered this thoughtful care late on a Friday night after a long day. I am grateful to both of them.
