Wound up in the ER early Sat morning with a full bladder & unable to GO. Very unpleasant! They immediately catheterized me &, after conducting several tests, discharged me home with the indwelling catheter & instructions to contact Dr. Klein's office asap. Called Mon morning & they quickly worked me in. By Fri I had been seen by him twice & undergone multiple tests. The catheter was removed, he started me on medication, & I was urinating again. He also recommended the Urolift procedure as a longer term, medication free alternative to my current therapy, which I intend to schedule soon. Dr Klein was efficient, quickly solved my short term problem, and offered a longer term mediation free alternative to treat my BPH. Good job, Dr. Klein! But here's the kicker, on Saturday evening he actually called me at home on his PERSONAL cell phone to report test results he'd just seen on my case, & to let me know he'd just called in a RX that he wanted me to start asap. Seriously?! Five STARS!!!
