Dr. Arosemena not only recorded and summarized my life-long medical history, but he dug into tests that did not seem correct. He was the first and only doctor that actually viewed the MRI scan, rather than simply reading the summary report. He is an excellent communicator and explained everything to me. In my years as an adult (I'm 62 now) I have never had a doctor that was as interested in my case as Dr. Arosemena. He explained all the blood tests and what each (that was out of the normal range) meant.
