Dr. Hynes combines skill with compassion! This was my first visit and I cannot express how remarkable the staff is as well. Very friendly and polite. My fear factor was on alert and they were very helpful in calming me down. Dr. Hynes gives a very thorough eye exam, explaining each procedure. She made me feel very comfortable and explained how to correct the eye problem I was having. She went out of her way to address my concerns. My visit was not hurried and I completely trust her expertise. Thank you Dr. Hynes for your kindness, concern, and skill.
